The Little Woodland Tribe ethos is clear; to meet the needs of each individual child and aid their holistic development. 

Children are encouraged to think of their own ideas and try them out, with nurturing, supportive staff on hand to support and extend their ideas but not to lead them.

In doing this we aim to give all children equal opportunities to reach their full potential, irrespective of their backgrounds. Children from all walks of life will be treated respectfully as individuals and their own uniqueness will be celebrated.

We aim to ensure all children are gifted with opportunities and experiences that promote their health, their mental well-being and their emotional welfare.
